Up until this year it was positive and once COVID hit it turned more neutral.

Capital University is home to a lot of students, each with various backgrounds. Something that Capital strives to provide students is a consistent experience. Recently, though, there has been a growing sense of division and inequality between the expected student experience and the reality of the Capital student experience.
